Shipping Policy
Standard shipping is free on every order. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After that, standard delivery usually takes 7-15 business days, depending on the item and where it ships from. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Some items ship directly from our supply partners. If your order contains more than one item, packages may arrive separately and on different days, at no extra cost to you.
Order Tracking
You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take a day or two to start showing movement, and that on its own is not a sign that anything is wrong.
If your order has not arrived within the delivery window above, get in touch through our Contact page with your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier.
If a package arrives damaged, or the contents are not what you ordered, tell us the same way and include a photo. We'll come back to you with the next step.
